Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase required.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm that we've received your item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If it's approved, we'll process your refund and credit it back to your original payment method within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, please recheck your bank account. After doing so, please get in touch with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds usually take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Then, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at sales@kidsmeditation.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@kidsmeditation.com and send your item to 57 Laoni Street, Tala, Paphos, 8577, Cyprus.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to 57 Laoni Street, Tala, Paphos, 8577, Cyprus. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. However, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs if the product is faulty or damaged. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
